Just a few steps from the historical centre of Florence, Hoseki is a unique place where true Japanese cuisine is expressed through simple but essentially unique dishes. The restaurant is already a reference point for lovers of Japanese cuisine in Florence, and our aim was to further strengthen its image with a high-level digital showcase.
We worked on managing Hoseki's social channels with the aim of enhancing the restaurant's superior quality, creating a perception of luxury and sophistication. Through a targeted social media marketing strategy, we highlighted the authenticity and excellence of Hoseki's Japanese cuisine, with content reflecting the elegance and care in the preparation of each dish.
Our production of photo and video content for Hoseki focused not only on the visual presentation of the dishes, but also on the backstage, showing the stages of preparation of the raw materials. We captured the attention to detail and careful selection of the best raw materials, a key aspect of the culinary experience at Hoseki. In addition, we produced video testimonials of the kitchen and dining room staff, the real beating heart of Hoseki, sharing their passion and dedication, adding authenticity and warmth to the brand.
