I Ghibellini

We worked on content production for I Ghibellini, a historic Florentine restaurant located inside the ancient Palazzo Corbizzi dating back to the 1300s, through a targeted shoot aimed at capturing the unique essence and atmosphere of the restaurant, which is located just a few steps from the ancient Torre dei Donati, linked to the family of Gemma Donati, wife of Dante Alighieri. We also built a website that reflects the history and culinary tradition of the restaurant, offering users an immersive digital experience. Finally, we took care of social management, promoting their authentic Tuscan cuisine and the charming terrace, where you can eat outdoors from April to October, in the heart of San Pier Maggior square.

Lastly, we wanted every detail to speak of their deep identity, for every tangible element to tell a story. This is how we designed and edited the restaurant's new menus. Not conceived as simple lists of dishes, but as true narrative artefacts. We turned to a master Florentine leather craftsman, whose expert hands transformed the raw material into unique objects. Each cover, cut and sewn with millimetric precision, encapsulates centuries of tradition, the same tradition that pulsates in the cobbled streets of Florence. These menus are a tribute to local craftsmanship, a tactile and visual experience that prepares the customer for the gastronomic journey he or she is about to embark on, a further testimony to I Ghibellini's unbreakable bond with the history and excellence of its city.
